Laub Group of Florida, currently underwrites a commercial residential portfolio for AXA Re P & C, which has grown from approximately $6,000,000 in premium in the first year to a projected $20,000,000 projected for 2002.

Laub's underwriting criteria for AXA require a good geographical spread of risks targeting no more than 25% in the tri-county area, no single building over $10,000,000 in TIV and no complex greater than $25,000,000 in TIV.
EIFS, Drivit and Mold are excluded, as are Joisted Masonry roofs that are not strapped, bolted or anchored.
