Quality Insurance Partners, LLC, based in Elgin, Illinois, is a privately-owned underwriting facility specialized in:

QIP's mission is to establish and maintain mutually profitable long-term relationships and to provide above average return on equity in these lines of business. To that end, QIP and Laub decided to partner in October 2001.

QIP was founded by a consortium of seasoned insurance professionals, including Norm Barham (retired Vice Chairman Marsh Inc.) and Robert Gaddis (over 20 years of program development and managing experience). Mr. Gaddis serves as Managing Partner.
