JOHN E. TRAVER

John joined Laub in 2002 as Senior Underwriter and Program Development Manager.

After graduating from the University of Georgia in 1984 and service in the United States Air Force, John began his career as an Actuarial Analyst. He moved from E&S manager to Executive Vice-President of a wholesale Insurance Agency with offices in 3 states, overseing six managers and writing business in excess of $35 million.

In 1998 John co-founded an Electronic Claims Payment Corporation, now valued at over $200 million, with such high-profile clients as Amica, Bank of America, ADP and Citicorp.

LASHON WOODBERRY

Lashon was Laub's first underwriter, joining us in 1999.

A South Florida native, Lashon is a graduate of Miami Dade Community College where she majored in Data Processing.

Before joining Laub, Lashon worked at Program Brokerage and Intertye Corp. where she wrote a restaurant program, and assisted on a brown water program.

Lashon is a licensed 220 General Lines agent.

KATHY D'ALESIO

Kathy joined us in 2000 as an underwriter for AXA's condo program.

Also a Florida native, Kathy studied at BCC, majoring in Computers and Accounting.

Before joining Laub, Kathy worked at Dyer Reilly Williams, Hummell and Kaye Southeast.

She is a licensed 220 General Lines and 110 Surplus Lines Agent.

JANICE SILVERMAN

Janice Silverman joined Laub on December 1, 2001 reinforcing our underwriting team and offering additional lines of business to our sub-producers.

A native of New York, Janice has been underwriting in Florida for the past 16 years, most recently at Florida International Underwriters.

Janice is the first employee in Laub's new Boca Raton satellite office, writing our marine program, including pleasure boats, charters, excursion boats, marine artisan contractors, docks & piers and boat dealer/marinas.

In coordination with Bob Virtue and Jeff Garrett, she is in the process of developing additional lines of business.
